Average..customer service is definitely lacking, they have some young girl sitting behind a table when you walk in that barely looks up from her phone to greet you. It’s all boarded up on the outside, cluttered & dirty on the inside. I really hope they’re getting renovated to be looking like this. I got a gel manicure & even though I keep my nails short there was no reason for the tech to keep getting polish on my fingertips. Pedicure was decent, and eyebrow waxing was okay. It’s in the hood also, so I guess you get what you pay for. ♀️

The person who did my nails did not do it good at all. She rushed and my nails came out messy. Not good at all in my opinion and my finger started bleed because of how rough she filed my nails. I honestly don’t recommend getting ur nails done here. U might get lucky is u get it done by Anne or someone else there. I don’t know name of the lady’s that did my nails but she is the owner of the nail salon.

be very careful who you get to do your nails. I wasn’t particular and got a random disgruntled employee none of my nails were shaped or filed properly I left the salon with gel polish stuck to my cuticles did not even perform a manicure basically just painted my nails very poorly each one of my nails is a very different shape extremely unhappy

I have personally known this nail salon to provide great service in the past, so I referred my best friend for her wedding day the next day. It was the most horrific experience ever for her. She was told over the phone that the salon was competent with 3d designs, and upon going ( with pics for reference), she was met with the owner behaving like she couldn’t grasp what 3D art was. Very incompetent because Lenny is known for her 3d designs. Next she was met with the nail artist she was passed off to, behaving like they couldn’t understand English, and didn’t source to anyone to help translate. The third horrible, but common happenstance was her getting started on her nails, and then left to wait for hours, even though they claimed that there wasn’t a wait when she called before going in to patronize the establishment. I am so disappointed with the treatment of a dear friend before her big day.

They do a great job but if you are.a walk in during a busy time get ready to be there for hours. I get my eyebrows and eyelashes done here along with my pedicures. I wouldnt let anyone else touch my eyebrows.

Ive been here occasionally. My last experience was not the best. My nails were refilled very thin. I pointed that out to the technician. He said they were fine. A day later i had to return to fix a broken nail. 2 days later another nail broke without any effort. Have not gone to repair it. Just wont go back.
