I recently went to Lenneth after he purchased my old salon, all the staff left and sadly my regular (closer to home) stylist passed away. First let me say I was apprehensive but after a few minutes Lenneth erased those fears! He was the best! Took his time, was super friendly and engaging. Most importantly he is a master colorist, my hair never felt or looked better! and the cut was fabulous on my 57 year old face! Please don’t hesitate to try his new location in Spotswood. Kenneth is the real deal!!

Lady claimed to know how to do a straight blow out on long hair..she did not..hair was thick and not as fine as I asked prior to beginning the process..got the frizzies soon as I walked outside..Of done properly a straight blow out should be paper fine n not frizz up in one day. Was misinformed on staffs ability to perform what I requested..won’t return to that salon.

My cousin went there and had an appointment with Emily on 9/16. Never again. The hair in the back and front is uneven. She is not happy with it at all. We had asked if Emily was experience prior to making the appointment (she usually goes to Stacy) and they told us she was. Obviously this was not accurate. Glad she did not get coloring. She asked me to put this review since she does not write English well. Will wait for Stacy next time or go to another salon.

Does everyone love the pic of my highlights? NOOOOO because my hair looks exactly the same as when I walked in the salon. I tell them my hair doesn’t look any different and they say I can pay them to do it again another day!! I’m leaving for vacation Monday!! Devastated!!

Critical: ProfessionalismI have been going to this place for years and it’s really disappointing that they don’t value my time or business. Last 3 times I made a 10 am appointment so I can get my hair done and carry on my other appointments all 3 times my stylist Val showed up late by 30 mins or more. This time I decided I have had enough it’s not fair that I wake up early organize myself day and make it on time and she just doesn’t show up. I am never going back there. Lady at the front desk was not concerned at all she was like she knows it’s not fair but what can she do. Had a wonderful experience with Debbie as a new customer. She was recommended to me, and after just a few minutes I felt comfortable with her. She did an awesome job on my color, cut and blow out!

I wish I could give it 0 stars. So horrible. Got my girlfriend’s hair done there. Asked for the lightest possible highlights, but they didn’t make her hair any different. Paid $90 to look exactly the same. I came home to have my mother ask my girlfriend “when are you getting your hair done?” After we had just got it done. Just horrible. AWFUL! And they said they couldn’t do anything about it after we said we weren’t satisfied.

So I went to dramatically different today with low expectations I gave Susanne a really big challenge. I had copper red hair. I wanted to go back to my original color blonde. I would have been happy at a light brown. Thanks so Susanne I was able to leave looking amazing and blonde. I feel so blessed that my friend and boss Sam told me to come to her.
