I had been going to this nail shop on the regular and the way Lena husband talks to me and other customers is unacceptable. He shakes the entire time while he is doing your nails so if you tell him he messed up on it he will get mad and tell you it isn’t a big deal. If your looking for some thing different like a cute simple design I suggest you go some where else because they will tell you they don’t feel like doing any designs. They don’t care about nothing but your money they don’t care about their customers at all.

I got my nails polished white yesterday and the turned brown a couple hours later. The guy overcharged me, because he assumed I had on gel polish because I had on glitter polish. When I asked him why did he charge so much he said because I had on gel polish. I told him I didn’t, he only gave me $5 back. I gave them another chance after the lady was extremely weird the last time I was there, but I will never return!

So I spend a lot of my day defending asian employees from rude people. The worst experience ever! The guy/owner is horrible! He is rude and disrespectful. I feel sorry for the older lady that works there. He made it known that he does not like NEW clients. He won’t buzz/allow new people in. I love this place. I have moved across town & still go here. You won’t be waiting long & they do a great job. If you do wait long then they will let you know if it will be a while to get to you. They do stop taking appointments before 7. They do not have a problem with correcting any issues. Great prices!
