Critical: Professionalism, QualityNot very pleasant service. My sister and I visited and our nails were rushed. They skip over some steps when applying acrylic that I’ve never experienced other salons skip. When you suggest how you’d like your nails when their working they become agitated. Had on Google translate while they worked and realized they were very cruel to many of the customers that came in. Never saw a business where people where upset to get service. Not very pleasant service. My sister and I visited and our nails were rushed. They skip over some steps when applying acrylic that I’ve never experienced other salons skip. When you suggest how you’d like your nails when their working they become agitated. Had on Google translate while they worked and realized they were very cruel to many of the customers that came in. Any way my girl and she was super sweet. Lena did my daughters and she loves them. I didn’t get the other girls name who did my second daughter but everything was great! We will definitely be back! My first time here this evening. Took my 2 daughters and everyone’s nails were beautiful. They took their time and it showed! Any way my girl and she was super sweet. Lena did my daughters and she loves them. I didn’t get the other girls name who did my second daughter but everything was great! We will definitely be back! Merry Christmas to all!

As she applied the dip powder she noticed that the colors were mixing and bleeding into each other. I told her I didn’t like how things were going and she told me she has seen pink candy canes before so it looked okay and laughed. She then proceeded and said the reason why it was happening was because she didn’t have all the tools she needed to do the design. Very unprofessional, I told her she could’ve saved me time and just told me she wasn’t able to do it and I could’ve changed my design. I was there for 2+ hours and came out with horrible nails. Nonetheless, she had the audacity to still charge me even though the application is terrible, patchy, and super thick!
