They do really good work. But the man who sits at the first nail station is always rude. The first time I came here was back in February and he was very rude. He argued with me back and forth about the nail shape. In the end my nails were beautiful but I didn’t come back because of the service. Well today I went back to celebrate my nieces birthday. I had her nails done and I got a pedicure. Wonderful experience with the woman who did our nails. However the man I referred to earlier was the one who did my daughters nails. Again he was rude. He kept asking my daughter if she had money in which she told him that I was paying for it. She is only 14. He then took her phone because she had a reference image for her nails and went to Google and provided a 5 star review and when he realized she was not signed into a Google account to leave a review he told her she needed to sign in. At the end I walked up to the register area to pay and the man created this scene repeatedly asking if I was paying for my daughters nails. Basically implying I was trying not to pay for them when the woman was calculating the total and her nails were included. It was honestly a bit embarrassing and even the lady kept telling him yes I was paying for them. Nails are nice but I won’t return for a third time because this man is so unprofessional.

I had gel manicure and pedicure done from this establishment on Thursday November 3rd. I let the nail tech know that a nail was cracked and she let me know she would fix it. It was not fixed and I had to come back to get a tip on my nail which was done nicely and I was charged $5 and left a $5 tip for the nail tech. Unfortunately another nail broke and since I just got them done at THIS ESTABLISHMENT I came back and asked to get it fixed. The nail tech fixed my nail and when I showed her that it was not the same shape as my other nails she gave me a nasty attitude and did not fix it and didn’t paint the nail all the way. The nail is not the same shape as the others and she acted offended when I asked her to fix it. This nail tech charged me the same $5 and I STILL gave her a tip for her time. I will NEVER come back to this nail salon. How dare you say I didn’t get my nails done here when I just came in with my mother on November 3rd. Your customer service is terrible and I will never recommend this place to anyone. You are LIARS! When you get a negative review you pretend the client didn’t come in instead of owning up to your mistakes!!!!! I HAVE BANK STATEMENTS THAT I PAID TO GET MY NAILS DONE HERE! LIARS AND SO UNPROFESSIONAL!!!!!!

Critical: QualityMe and my sister got are nails done here 01/19/22 by two different people. my nails are lump on top and choppy on the bottom and the nail polish doesn’t cover my whole nail. Critical: QualityI went last night asking for a simple snowflake on each ring finger. I’ve seen so many Facebook posts BY them and they look great!! This.. this is ridiculous. Not to mention the lady literally smudged the paint on my wet toes by stepping on my toe when we got to her chair for my manicure. I just wanted out of there.
