Lena’s Nail

Critical: Professionalism, Quality, ValueMy nails are crooked and uneven. My pedicure was the same. Lena stated that it was my fault. Drilled them and left them. Unprofessional and hateful. To add to the mess of a job she did all of the ones in my right hand have come off. My daughter spent $215 to treat me fo a mani/pedi. She got the deluxe pedicure for both of us but that isn’t what I got. I got a rushed soak and paint and Lena was on the phone most of the time she was supposed to be doing my nails. My daughter had a different person who did hers pretty well. Lena said that I had somehow caused mine to look bad. She was rude and unprofessional. I asked several questions while I was there and they didn’t even look up. No response at all. They only spoke in Vietnamese. When I said this to Lena she said that’s my language. I agree but it isn’t mine. That told me that she didn’t care about my questions that day. She already had our money so she didn’t care about how I looked with that mess eitherThey should be ashamed of themselves for taking my daughter’s money for a job rushed. And looking terrible. I refused to let them remove them when I went back. I’ve been sure to tell everyone and have been a walking advertisement for the poor quality of work you get from Lena’s. Nobody should be blamed for the job except the person who did it and that was Lena herself. My nails are crooked and uneven. My pedicure was the same. Lena stated that it was my fault. Drilled them and left them. Unprofessional and hateful. Critical: ValueI went on my lunch break to get a fill and color. Lena rushed through the whole process. She tried popping off the lower part of my nail, where you get it filled, and it hurt so bad. Then hit my skin at least 3 times while she was drilling. I am literally bleeding. Rushed thru painting them and they look awful. Not even painted all the way. and now I’m left with sharp, janky painted looking nails for $33, plus tip. I went on my lunch break to get a fill and color. Lena rushed through the whole process. She tried popping off the lower part of my nail, where you get it filled, and it hurt so bad. Then hit my skin at least 3 times while she was drilling. I am literally bleeding. Rushed thru painting them and they look awful. Not even painted all the way. and now I’m left with sharp, janky painted looking nails for $33, plus tip. So not worth the time and definitely not worth the money!

I told Lena I didn’t like her rush job, she jump up at me and said my nails were ugly. Yes I lost it.. It took 2 hours for her to mess my nails up. They are now so weak and hurts. I will never go back there and advice everyone do not go in there..My first and last. Terrible place..I gave 1 star because it wouldn’t post unless I choice pick up. This place is horrible Lena tried to pull off my gel nails instant of removing them gel the proper way..Customer service is -0. I told Lena I didn’t like her rush job, she jump up at me and said my nails were ugly. Yes I lost it.. It took 2 hours for her to mess my nails up. They are now so weak and hurts.
