I have tried out several salons and have been under-whelmed by them all. I love the job Katie did on my nails. She listened to what i wanted and delivered. Absolutely satisfied with this experience!! Went here today to get a new set for a Christmas parade this weekend. They were able to get me and my friend in super quickly and did exactly what we wanted. They were super nice, very quick, and very gentle. Super happy with this place and will go back again!

Running errands and just searched “nail salon” soooo glad I came here !! As a walk in, I had no wait. I got a full set with a design & got exactly what I asked for, nails are even & shaped perfectly. I got the “special” pedicure too & it was equally as amazing. The staff really took their time with each step of the pedi instead of slapping the products on as fast as possible. Got lucky with this random stop & will be coming back again and again !!

Until my visit to Lena Nails I had NEVER had “false” nails, ever. (I’m 55) I was very concerned that it not turn out to be a bad experience. My nails are so beautiful now, Katie did such an amazing job. I’ll definitely be returning for more great care!

Still in shock from this experience. Real, the manager, locked me and my child in because I questioned the amount he was charging me for gel removal and a trim. I was trying to reason with him asking him how he came up with that total and in return he put his fingers in his ears to not listen. At the point, I realized the level of immaturity I was dealing with, so I asked the lady to please run my card so I can leave. He only opened the door when I spoke up and told him imprisoning a customer is illegal. Please beware of this corrupt business owner.

The only nailshop I’ll go to now. Every person who steps foot in their door gets wonderful treatment. Everyone is customer service friendly, quick service, and beautiful nails! Bathroom is exceptionally clean along with the entire place! Thank you for always giving me top notch service!
