Lena does an amazing job!! This location is right by my work and I am able to get a pedicure or my nails done on my lunch break. She works quickly and does a beautiful job!! Many colors to choose from and very fair prices. Very friendly service. Highly recommend!

The Mom gives an amazing pedicure so the one star is for her. Lena however is rude and talks negatively about most all of her customers as soon as they leave her shop. She did not welcome me back to her shop after I complained about the rush pedicure she gave my daughter. I told her I didn’t expect to pay the same price for my daughter as I was charged because my daughter didn’t get the same service, she knocked off $1.00 and I said to myself- I’m done. I didnt talk loud because there were other customers present and I wasn’t trying to ruin any business for her. Because the location and her Mom and against my better judgment, I went back and Lena timidly said without really saying that she wasn’t going to do my nails, I told her it was bad business on her part especially since there are nail shops on just about every other block.

Save your money and time. The worse nail shop in Illinois. I went in for coffin nails no chip and I don’t know what the hell she gave me. They looked horrible. My husband even said she don’t know how to do nails, LENA. Rush my nails because it started getting crowded. Acrylic was caked up so bad all under and around my nails and nail polish was everywhere. I was so tired of telling her to fix them I just left. And she had the nerve to charge me 70dollars. The next day 3 nails had broken so I went back in so she could fix them they looked worse then before. i went back a few days later after 2 more broke and just told her to take them off and she also charge me $10 for that. Run far far away from this shop, there are thousands of shops that do a way better job than her. smdh

When I got there it was two people working and only 1 customer they were finishing up with. I went for a pedi and a full set. As I was getting a pedi multiple customers began coming in. When it was time for my full set the owner rushed my nails trying to hurry up and get to the other customers. My nails are oblong shapes they don’t match and there was acrylic under the nail caked up. When I noticed I asked her to please fix it. She just buffed the extra acrylic off and put on another coat of polish. I have never seen such a terrible nail job. I felt like she should have taken her time to do my nails correctly.

This was my 1st visit but I will return. For a mother/daughter team they worked efficiently and very quickly and I was quite satisfied with the end result. I had a manicure and pedicure and was in and out in less than an hour.

This is the worst experience I have ever experienced. I waited 30 minutes to be serviced, the owner’s husband started on me but the owner switched client’s then attempted to service me. The owner stopped to service another client but did not say any thing to me. The husband was so concerned only that the cable and internet were disabled.
