Lena’s Nail’s is absolutely just the best! I’ve been going to Lena’s Nails Since they first opened up back in 2017. Excepts Walk In’s! Wait is never too long. A walk in or appointment you always feel the peaceful vibe and passion that is dedicated into each and every customer! Michelle the owner and her husband are always on their toes for their customers and employees!

This “nail salon” is a joke. To sum it up, they schedule you for an appointment, when you show up they tell you they’re 3 hours behind instead of letting you know before you arrive. Said they would give a discount for the inconvenience, but was lied to and still charged full price. You have to pay to get your OLD polish removed when you’re paying for a full pedicure. And when the polish turns a gross brown color and you can’t get time off to come in they tell you that’s your problem. I asked for the polish portion to be refunded, not the whole pedicure. Wouldn’t do it. Wouldn’t give me their name registered under the BBB, laughed and hung up.

I have been going here for 4 years. Every time I find a good nail tech (usually male) they end up leaving. I’ve asked for an entire year if they would please order a powder color and they never do. Recently I paid around $200 in the last 2.5 weeks to get a full set and pedi only to have 3 nail tips break in less than 2 weeks doing normal activities (pulled my blinds down and my nail came off, washed the floor my other nail came off) I had to pay for the repair. Another time bad acrylic was used and my nails bent in two after I left the shop. I also had to pay to have them fixed then. There are limited shops up here but it’s time to find a new one where they care about the customers especially long term ones.

I’ve been here twice. The first time was to get a mani pedi and facial and it was such a lovely experience I got a gift certificate for my mom for mothers day. The facial is 45 minutes long and is amazing, I can easily spend 2 to 3 hours here getting serviced. Love it!

Customer service is great. They are kind and kid friendly. They do well with regular nail polish application but not with gel. I didn’t get that smooth finish. Also, the gel polish was applied back to the skin which will cause it to peel up as the nail grows. Queens does a great job with application.

The first few times I went here it was lovely. Now I kind of feel like an inconvenience, I have never left a nail salon so unhappy. They don’t look anything like the photo, I had acrylic all over my hands, she completely changed the shape of my nails and she was hurting me the whole time. I left bleeding and in tears because I just paid $40 for something I never wanted. I want to go get them taken off but I’m scared it’s going to hurt.

Absolutely my favorite place to get my nails done. Clean, professional and the women are so warm and inviting. The place is also beautiful with fancy pedicure chairs in a relaxing setting. 5 stars easily.

Service is okay, didn’t like my nails were not straight at all and chargers 5 dollars for one extra line on a nail. Didn’t have a greatest experience but will never go again.

My pedicure was great but the manicure was not great. It took him like 5 minutes Not really any cuticle care at all he seemed to not put much care in to it. When I said something about it afterwards just smiled and walked away and he painted with so much space under. Looks like they are grown out for a week. I do love the massage chairs. And the pedicure was great. I’m just so disappointed in my manicure.

Amazing, she took me in on a last minute fix to correct the terrible job that I had gotten done 2 days prior in Palm Springs in a spur of the moment type thing. My nails now looks fabulous, she was so nice and her work is beautiful! Will definitely be going back!
