Critical: Cleanliness, Professionalism, Quality, ValueWorst place ever will never go here again very rude & my nails were horrible & when I asked them to fix them they treated me worse, my nails didn’t even last a week! Today was the last day I’ll ever be returning to this nail salon. first of all I walked in with long toenails and I’ve been growing out they were at the right length I loved the way they were shaped. after leaving my toenails are now gone I have no nail left and my toes hurt from her ripping away at my nails and cutting me several times. I had acrylic on my big toes that was really thin due to the last nail lady filing it down which was fine with me I let her know that I wanted her to take the acrylic off normally they soak it off with acetone she literally got a fake nail stuck it under my toenail and ripped it off cutting my toenails and slicing it in half then had the audacity to blame me saying that I kept the acrylic on too long and that my toenails were weak which is not true because that acrylic had only been on for two weeks nor had this ever happened to me before the last nail salon I went to which I should’ve just kept going to but they were closed today so I stuck to this one. then she proceeded to paint my toenails un evenly and you can see right through . I asked her she can go over one more time she did it one time only on one side and the color just looks terrible it’s all bumpy and gross looking . She asked me if I liked it and I said no she said want me to do it again and I told her if you couldn’t do it right the first time you’re not gonna do it right the second time. I just wanted to get out of that place and leave. then she had the audacity to ask me if I wanted 30 even on the card I asked her is 30 the amount of what my nails cost she said yes and I said OK then charge me 30. asking me if I’m going to add a tip is definitely not professional!!! after the service I received I shouldnt have even had to pay but I did.anyways had to call my Bank to dispute it thank God my bank understood and refunded me back the money since they wouldn’t I would never recommend going to this place!!
