If I could give this place zero stars I would if that were an option. Red flags from the start. When we were booking for four girls we were able to book massages but couldn’t add anything to it, we emailed and called multiple times with zero response. We ended up coming here not even knowing if they were open due to the lack of communication but we did since we had already spent the money. Upon arrival we were each given STAINED robes with an unpleasant smell. The masseuses did a very good job. We went for a steam and when my mother was looking out the window to see if the jacuzzi was open she burnt herself on a pipe that wasn’t visible due to the steam. We let the girls at the front know that their should at least be a sign. The girls could care less and when asked for a manger, nobody was even working that day. There was never any drinking water in the jugs, we had to go all the way up the receptionist if we wanted to order food or drinks or try to add a service. Extremely inconvenient especially since they have a locker room phone and nobody bothered to answer. The jacuzzi was warm but not hot as they usually are. THE FOOD WAS TERRIBLE. Everything was cold and had zero flavor. The alcoholic beverages were warm and sent in a sippy cup. This was by far not a luxurious experience which sucks for the amount we paid. The locker room has nothing for you to remove your make up or wash your face. There were about 7 towel

I came here with my two sisters for a spa/pool day on a Saturday. The spa was very clean and well kept. We all got full body massages. My massage therapist, Krystal, did an amazing job. I was so relaxed the entire time. After, we enjoyed some food and drinks by the pool. The only thing I would mention, is that the service at the pool is very slow and prices are pretty high for what you get. I understand it is because they have to travel to their restaurant to pick up the food and drinks so it can take awhile. Other than that, we enjoyed our spa day!

It’s a pretty spot but ….. for the price I’ve seen better. The fruit cost $15 and was served a dish of haphazardly chopped, cheap melon. The menu promises berries and local honey along with melon and pineapple. Received about $1 worth of melon (lots of hard rind pieces too).

Wow! What a difference since the last time I was here! Such a wonderful feel walking in and seeing so many beautiful updates to the decor and boutique area! Pool area was incredibly inviting and peaceful – will definitely spend more time enjoying it in the future. Grounds and locker rooms were pristine with such thoughtful touches.

I sent two family members here as a treat for a “spa day”. To say they were impressed would be an understatement. They had massages, facials, mani-pedis, deep hair conditioning, lunch, and just an all-around relaxing day. They were pampered and tended to as one would expect in a top-rated spa. I was just as happy as they were because when you do something like this for someone, you run the risk of it not going well, and I’m on the East Coast and would have had little recourse. I cannot rave enough about the customer service, particularly by Maddy, who must have exchanged over 30 emails with me as I planned their schedule to make sure everything was just right. Kudos on a job well done Maddy! Thank you for making my family members’ feel at home and ensuring that everything went perfectly! I very much appreciate it!

I am shocked by some of the negative reviews because i never saw ANYTHING like they described. The spa is clean, well stocked locker rooms, amazing service, & my massage and facial were fantastic. Bring a swimsuit and book and spend the day by the beautiful private pool!!

Very recently, I was gifted a gift card for the spa here at The Wigam and I decided to use it on my birthday for a birthday pedicure so I called and made an appointment for my step mom and I. The day came and we arrive about 5 minutes early to our 9am appointment to check in. We get checked in and they settle us in the very nice waiting room while we waited for our technicians to come get us. However, 10 minutes into our appointment time we were still waiting when finally someone came in and explained they were running behind because of water issues and we can either a. Use the pedicure chairs as normal but with hot water or b. Use a basin with hot water. We opted for hot water in a basin and she went on her way. We waited another 20 minutes before anyone ever came back to get us. They finally came in and took us back to get our pedicure, the basins were fine but having to rest your foot literally in their laps was unexpected and uncomfortable. Once completed with the pedicure portion we moved to the normal pedicure chairs and then one the lotion is applied my technician tells me she has another appointment and the other lady is going to finish my pedicure. I don’t fault them for the water issue (though resting legs in the lap is not a good experience) but to start my appointment 30 minutes late and then LEAVE EARLY, is not ok. The amenities for the day are nice if you’re able to use them but for the price of a basic pedicure at the spa I could have gotten everything at my normal salon with my technician not leaving my appointment they started 30 minutes late.

Amazing facility, services, and spectacular staff! Booked facials and massages for our company and everyone of us enjoyed the experience! Lounged by the pool, utilized the steam rooms and showers. Not one negative thing to say!

We had the worst experience here. If you’re looking for a relaxing day, this is the last place you want to come. Started out by getting assigned a locker and getting locked out of it as the lock battery died. When we notified the front desk they answered by stating they’ve been having a lot of problems with that specific locker and that an engineer would have to come fix it. Why would they assign us to a broken locker? We didn’t have access to anything we brought with us, including our swim suits, sunglasses, extra clothes, wallets and phones. We then decided to lay out at the pool and waited 45 mins to get service. Once we did it took another 30 mins to just receive our drinks. Our food was served without utensils or napkins. How are we suppose to eat our $18 salads without a fork? When we notified the manager all she did was take 20% off our food! Ridiculous. After spending over $500 here today, it’s safe to say we will never be back!
