For the longest time, I’ve been trying to find a stylist who can work with my thick, wavy hair. Recently, I was recommended to this salon by my neighbor. I scheduled an appointment online with Meaghan and am so glad I did. She listened to me and did exactly what I wanted and didn’t make a big deal about the amount of hair I have. Since I’ve actually had stylists complain about what a workout it is to do my hair, this was a welcome change. Meaghan cut and styled my hair effortlessly and beautifully. I’ve been to other places where I’ve paid 2-3 times (or more) the amount I did here and wasn’t nearly as happy as I was with this haircut. Thanks so much Meaghan. See you next time!

Terrible location, took my daughter there today had a 5 o’clock appointment for full head highlight’s. The lady who did her hair ask if she had a picture of what she wanted, my daughter showed her and the lady said ok. Well the lady refused to trim her hair And told her simply no I don’t do that. Then the highlights were terrible, my daughter told her not to light but the lady didn’t listen and they came out very blond which my daughter told her she didn’t want. The lady said it was my daughters fault cause she didn’t explain it well enough and said they could do a darker tonEr for 40.00 more at this point my daughter was in tears and we wanted to leave. So we were paying and the lady said 80 so I gave her cash no tip cause the job was terrible and she said thank you and gave me the reciept showing 60. I looked at her and I said you said 80 and she said I decided to give you her toner for free and walked away.. Great way to scam a tip for a bad job. I will be posting this all over do not use them

I asked for a 1-inch trim, the hair dresser decided to give me bangs and completely messed up my hair that I’ve been growing out for over 2 years. I wouldn’t be so angry if they were apologetic, but all they said was “oh, just tuck it behind your ear.” I will never give this place business again. Haircut

Went in to see if I can get a quick haircut. Men’s cuts usually take 10-15minutes. I use clippers and scissors on top. Very simple. However, I went into this location, was glared at by 2 employees and ignored. So I sat and waited cause I can see all chairs were filled. I had a lot of time to kill so I was more than happy willing to wait. I’m sitting now and 2 people are over by the computer talking to each other, I was still ignored. I didn’t even get a “be right with you”. After sitting and being ignored for 10 minutes another woman walks in. She is greeted immediately and asks for a haircut as well. This time, the employee was ready to answer her questions and provide a good time to come back. I walked out. Never again. First impressions are very important. It’s a shame, I was ready to spend good money on more than a hair cut too. Oh, and the website says they close at 8pm…..I watched them lock up and leave at 4:45pm no sign, no notice, just closed.

I won’t be going back, my past experiences were good but this weekend was horrible. To sell me services, the stylist found every flaw about me she could and of course had a service solution to correct it. She even had the nerve to ask me if I cut my own hair, when I get my haircut there. This implied something was bad about my last haircut, so I asked did the person who cut my hair last mess it up? Her answer when she realized I go there every 3 mos for haircuts was, no your hair just grew in this way. I can never go back, I’m mortified by her critiques.
