I made an appointment about 2 weeks ago. I drove all the way from Jersey was 10 mins late gave them a call I would be late. So I get there and the ladies tell me that I wasn’t even booked for the services I needed told me it would be a 3 hrs process and that they don’t have time for this. Very rude and unprofessional behavior. Also asked me where I’m from and when I told them I felt some ugly looks. Never coming back!!! Ever!

I’ve used lemon tree multiple times in the past. I never had a bad experience until I got my hair cut my Lucy. She never asked me if i wanted layers or a regular cut and when she cut my hair the length i asked, the hair was extremely uneven and not noticeable until it was dry and I had already left. The appointment lasted 15 minutes which felt odd to me.

Sorry, does not even rate 1 star. I never give a bad review, but want to warn others not to use this particular lemon tree. I was happy out in Lindenhurst for many years. Went in to try Oceanside and will never go back. Worse hair cut ever, have to go to my old hairdresser to see if she can salvage my hair today. 🙁 Haircut

My husband and I got great haircuts . The hairstylists were both pleasant and skilled. Masks were required and staff wore goggles. There was a sign in at the door, temperature is checked and there is no waiting room. I was very comfortable with the adherence to social distancing and masks. Thank you!!

Amazing staff for color and haircuts. Theresa is an amazing person and knows how to handle my son since he’s a little boy. She does a great job on my hair color and cuts. Natalie cuts my daughters hair and does amazing blowouts for long hair. My daughter hated getting her hair done Until we found Natalie.
