The staff was very polite, the location was clean, I have to say it was a great experience for my daughter as she felt so relieved to have her hair cut after this long quarantine. Critical: ProfessionalismI have psoriasis and I told them that when I called to book an appointment so they weren’t surprised when they saw dry patches on my scalp lol. So I’m getting my hair washed and she screams “do you have lice? why are their dry patches on your scalp?” in front of everyone. I was so embarrassed and humiliated. I corrected her and told her It’s psoriasis since lice is to totally different than this. And she continued to cover her nose and unwillingly finish my hair cut. EVERYONE was looking at me like I was dirty. I’ve never had such an unprofessional experience. I figured I’d give them a try since they are cheaper than my usually professional salon but BIG mistake. I’ve never felt more horrible in my life. TEACH YOUR HAIRDRESSERS THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN PSORIASIS AND CRAWLING GROSS BUGS IN YOUR HAIR. Are they retarded? I’ve been getting my hair cut here for the past 2 years (since I moved to Nassau from out East), so needless to say– I love this place. Something I think worth mentioning is that my fiance got a botch job at a barber shop near the train station, so I took him to my ladies at the Lemon Tree. After just a few minutes, they had his hair looking amazing again. I highly recommend this place 🙂

Worst salon I’ve ever been to. If you’re styling your hair I suggest you go else where. They say they how how to style but hair ended up looking horrible like a 2 year old styled it. I will not ever go to this salon if they pay me.
