Got a spiral perm with Shari, I usually get a perm done once a year and have been hoping around stylist to stylist as I have not been able to get the results I wanted. Shari was beyond exceptional. There was a few bumps in trying to figure out the best course of action for my hair but overall the results were phenomenal. My hair has never been so curly the day after the perm and will continue to see her from now on! If you’re looking to get a perm I would 100% suggest Shari. Worth every penny!

I scheduled an appointment at this lemon tree for my birthday (6/9/22) to have my hair colored, with reference pics of the color/style I wanted to keep up with (and have for years) to show stylist- she stated she had been doing hair for 20+ years and could do what I was asking for, no problem. My 2 hour appointment turned into an entire day because she used the wrong lightener and/or processes a number of times. She completely missed spots on the side of my head and the entire underneath portion which is blatantly obvious when I pull my hair up. My roots are orange and brassy and banding is obvious as hell. I finally had enough and left with wet hair crying and will never go back. When pointing these obvious issues out to the stylist she made excuses like “your hair just doesn’t want to take the color” which is completely ridiculous. The other stylist there said, “I don’t know what to tell you- sometimes it’s hard!” Whatever THATS supposed to mean. I strongly suggest not going to this salon for anything beyond a buzz cut. I have shown the photos I took throughout the day and when my hair was dry and, not only have I gotten laughed at but I now have to pay over $200 to fix this debacle.

We drove over an hour for said treatment only to be told that they would have to reschedule because the manager was the only person who could do them. No phone call, nothing, a water of time and VERY unprofessional. Their online scheduling program shouldn’t be able to schedule something that cannot be done, so I have to assume that their schedules are connected somehow. We drove over an hour for said treatment only to be told that they would have to reschedule because the manager was the only person who could do them.
