BAD SERVICE, BAD JOB! My grandson was supposed to get a curly perm and over half his hair came out still straight. When we told them we wanted a refund, they refused and said they would redo it in 2 weeks. Told them we didn’t want it redone by them and wanted at least a half refund and they continued to refuse.

I just used Lemon Tree for the first time because they are the only place open till 8pm on weekdays. I am extremely happy to have found this place, the owner is very professional and kind. If you are currently using Great Clips, Sports Clips, or Pro Cuts please stop. For a comparable price you could come here and have a far better quality of haircut. Also very bright and happy interior design and colors. This is my new go-to. I am very particular and was 100% happy with the service! Come here after work and try it out!

Horrible horrible place! I would not recommend anybody coming here. I sent my son and mother here so he could get a perm before school started. He called me two hours later in tears because his hair wasn’t even permed and looked horrible but the lady still charged him $140!!!! He worked all summer long for this money to get a perm and she did a horrible job! I believe her name was Megan. They were rude and then refused to give his money back or even just half the money so I could take him somewhere else. He even showed her a picture and all he came out with was messy stinky hair. Not to mention the haircut she gave him was also bad!!! Stay away from this place if you love your hair!!!

I would like to offer a word of caution to anybody considering using Lemon Tree. If you are drawn to their shop because of the reasonable prices, make sure you confirm the price and question any difference from what’s advertised BEFORE your haircut.

We used to be loyal customers for trims and most of the time, we got what we paid for and prices were reasonable. Upon our last visit this weekend, my teenager wanted her dead ends cut off (a couple of inches) and some layers put into her hair. What we received from Megan was about an inch of dead ends cut off and barely any layers at the very ends of her hair…and we were charged $40 for an advertised $18.99 cut! A price increase was NOT discussed with us before the haircut was performed. When I asked about the price at checkout I was told it depends on the cut and how much the stylist does….which obviously was not a lot of cutting, and not what we asked for. The person checking me out could have cared less about my concerns and offered no assistance or asked what they could do to better our experience as we stood there questioning the haircut and what exactly was done vs what we asked for. The lack of concern was the last straw for me. Very disappointing. We will be finding a new salon for our family moving forward.

❤❤❤ This salon welcomed me inside even though I unfortunately arrived 10 mins before closing time. She wasn’t hurrying and did an amazing job on my hair cut (alot more detail than I was expecting). She could have easily said they were about to close and to come back the next day. But she didn’t. I was also afraid their prices were going to be above my price range, however, they were not.
