I went in with a couple pictures. I wasn’t sure how I wanted my hair cut, I just know I did. We talked about it and found something that I would like. She washed my hair and put it in knots, I have super thick hair. She then proceeded to just cut the knots off the bottom of my hair, I wanted the length off anyways. She finished up, hair still damp, and it looked fine, first picture. I was happy. I get home, and brush my now dry hair. It looked awful, in my opinion, second & third picture. I called back to have someone fix and they happily agreed. The next day came, I went in and they straightened my hair to cut it, fourth picture. Again, looked fine straight but after I washed and dried it, i still wasn’t completely happy with it, fifth picture. The last picture is what my hair looked like before I got it cut. Everyone that works there was super nice and it seems like a great environment, hence the three stars, but it also seems like they’re best at cutting thinner hair types.

I had an appointment with Virginia today. She spent time talking with me about the best way to grow out my hair. She suggested a stacked bob and explained how it would look and how we should approach growing it out to a longer bob. When she was finished my hair looked great and I left with a plan for the future. I would definitely recommend Virginia, she’s a pro!

I will only use Virginia, bring a picture and she will give you exactly what you are looking for. She never rushes you through. I love that I can schedule online now, no more waiting. Stopped in for a haircut cut, didn’t have an appointment so I went to sign in at the kiosk upon entry. It said if I didn’t have an appointment to press here so I did! It told me to speak to a staff member. So I stood there and waited for someone to even acknowledge that I was standing there..not one of the 3 workers that I seen even greeted me!! Another customer walked in they greeted her, she said she had a 2:30 appt.appointment., proceeded to tell her to take a seat!!! NOT ONE STAFF ASKED OF THEY COULD HELP ME!! Very disappointed in this place!!

Lots of miss communication and was not reassured or explained when I was very obviously confused on what the stylist meant. Proceeded to ask “please don’t cut the top super long and don’t cut the back”. Proceeded to do both of those things. Haircut
