Critical: Professionalism, QualityAs our luck would have it, I think my daughters and I were scheduled with the hairstylist with a language barrier that doesn’t know how to cut layers as mentioned in the reviews. She would not listen as I explained how layers were put into our hair and said she was a new hair stylist and she had new ideas to change it. I explained several times that it was our hair and this is how we like it cut. She attempted to put layers, but we will have to get this haircut fixed. We left and didn’t get mine or other daughter’s hair cut. She also cut the hair much shorter than requested. Went here for a male haircut. The cut was meh with no frills and not worth the price of $15- for example all they do is cut and minimally style. No shaving, no offer for gel, and they didn’t even dust off hair trimmings. Staff are nice but don’t go out of their way to provide exceptional service. I get the sense they cater more towards woman than men.
