I have been here a handful of times and it’s generally pretty good which is why I keep going back- that and the convenience of how close it is to home. This time unfortunately I was disappointed by the fact that my pedicure that was supposed to be 45 minutes was done in 20. I felt shorted on all of the bells and whistles one would typically get with a pedicure. I paid for a pedicure but basically only got a polish change. Bummer.

I got text and email reminders in advance. I was on time. Salon was still closed and no one answered phone or texts. I ran an errand and got a phone call they were there now. I went for my appointment (9:00) and at 9:24 walked in and waited while the owner conducted business with someone. She rushed through the pedicure, because she had another appointment after me. Had her ear piece in whole time. Never said a single word to me! Hand gestures only. Funny there is a sign on the wall that says no cell phones? Doesn’t apply to them. Got home and realize she missed the entire outside of the nail on my big toe. I will have to repaint my own nails for my trip now!! Absolutely horrible customer service and terrible pedicure. I have gone to this salon for about 1.5 years, although never had the owner before. Will not go back again. No apology for not having the salon open, being late, nothing. Only giving one star because it wouldn’t allow me to give a zero.

I thought that they were doing a great job at first, but they didn’t at all. We were there for 2 hrs and there were literally no other customers coming in. And both my daughter and I nail polish has fallen off next day. Even though I paid for it extra $15, for what!? Plus I was a new customer, you would think they would give me some extra treatment or discount, forget it, they were not even speaking to me. My daughter’s nail tech didn’t understand what she wanted her to get done at all. When everything was done, the nailtech did not even come out of back to let me know my nails are dry and I can leave, what a service!?? So disappointed, I had high hopes and thought this would be my salon to go to, forget it, never going back and letting everyone know not to go there.

The lovely ladies at Lemon Nails gave my wife and I wonderful manicures. My wife got the full set which was very nicely done plus she recieved numerous compliments. The quality of the workmanship and attention to detail was truly incredible.

The shop is clean, bright and beautiful. The technicians are very friendly and professional. Nara did my pedicure and did a wonderful job. Bella did my nails. I originally wanted to get an acrylic full set because I thought I’d ruined my nails from all the biting. Bella counseled me and told me I didn’t need acrylic, that my nail bed was very nice and she could make my nails look beautiful without accrylic if I wanted her to. I agreed and she was right! My nails looked amazing when I left. Came to Lemon Nails on a whim while I was visiting Glenview for the weekend. Was able to make appointment an same day for mani/pedi. The shop is clean, bright and beautiful. The technicians are very friendly and professional. Nara did my pedicure and did a wonderful job. Bella did my nails. After a little wait because of under staffing, I was very pleased with my service. It was a little pricey but I must say it was worth every penny. Amy was a pleasure and very attentive to my feet. I watched how every detail was perfected. On top of great service I didn’t feel rushed even tho they were under staffed that day.
