This is the second time Jordyn has treated me and she did an absolutely wonderful job! I had a Hydrafacial with her at the Newport location and did a Revive facial at the Villa Park location. She did a thorough assessment of my skin needs, performed a relaxing service, and recommended some skin care products for me. I didn’t get the receptionist’s name at the front but she was wonderful getting me back to the relaxation room. Highly recommend!!

I was given a gift card for my birthday to this place. The massage was a 4… but it felt rushed. The receptionist “Tiffany” had an attitude and was very unfriendly. This girl was in a rush to get out, so much so that after I paid and then went to use the restroom, She was gone!!!! She left some of my personal property unattended ( if I had known she was jetting, I would not have left them there to use the restroom). As I’m finally pulling out of parking lot, she rushes past me in her own vehicle despite the fact that I was already actively pulling out. So much for soothing hospitality at this place with that girl. Not going back… glad my only expense here was the tip.

Critical: Communication, Professionalism, QualityThis was the worst place to make an appointment with, at first I set up an appointment for my mom for her Birthday. The appointment was cancelled the day of. I had previously given MY card information after being told they needed one on file and it wouldn’t be charged until the service was done. The appointment was rescheduled for the next day thankfully someone cancelled, otherwise it would have been 5 days later. My mom came back home saying they charged HER, when it was supposed to be her gift, I don’t understand why they took my card Info knowing it was a gift then ended up making her pay.
