Bold Office Manager
I went in to get a fill and decided I was going to just have my acrylics removed. The lady was visibly man when I didn’t want a fill. Started ripping the nails off and I let her know more then once she was jabbing under my entire nail with the metal clipper. She didn’t even remove them all or smooth them out. I clearly will be getting more on in the future but they lost any business of me coming here

Only reason to ever go here is if you want fast, quick, in and out service. No issues with fill ins. Pedicures are rushed, not relaxing, no massage that normally comes with any pedicure. Go to Northwest Nails in Westland! Lele the woman owner adds on extra to your card when you check out! More than the 3% fee that is posted, so make sure you do YOUR OWN CALCULATIONS. My service was $43, she swiped my card, then handed me a receipt showing $46.52… 3% should have only been an extra $1.29…if she can’t upsale you on services she is not happy.

I got a pedicure and manicure. Gel for both my hands and feet. Three of my nails popped off within a week after getting them done. And within three weeks the gel on my toes already began to peel off. I paid $130. I would not recommend this place.

I’m honestly disturbed at the customer service here. I’ve been going here for so many years, I come on a Friday night and wait over an hour for the lady to tell me she doesn’t have enough time to do my nails, and took someone with 1 broken nail before me.

It has been a while since I went but the wait wasn’t too bad and the staff is friendly. Though they do run more expensive, I had gotten my hands done , my sister got her feet done and my friend got her hands and feet in total cost me $220.00 with out the $20.00 dollar tip it is $200.00 flat.

Me and my girl came here for pedicures but I don’t think that’s what we would call it. For one, they didn’t even ask what kind of pedicure I wanted, but it’s plastered like they do more than one option. It took a whole 15 mins to do my pedicure. All she did was scrub my feet, let them soak for 10 mins, and then painted my toes. For one I’m use too one getting asked what I want, and two a better quality pedicure. If you want to pay $30 just to get your toes pained go for it. It was not worth it to us. I’m use too 45 mins or longer pedicures with hot stones, hot towels, a good food massage, wax etc. All the good things! Disappointed. The nail techs are friendly, but rush.
