Critical: ProfessionalismUnprofessional staff that waste your time. Take your money elsewhere.I contacted them to see if they could help me with a cut and hair extensions. The receptionist handed the phone to a stylist who repeatedly told me that she was busy and in the middle of the something which I understood but it’s not like I knew that when I called. I left my number with her and she said she’d call me when she was done with her client.A week passes with no word from her. No big deal I think. People get busy. I call the salon and talk to the same woman again. Again she’s busy and can’t talk and will call me as soon as she can. Okay cool.Two weeks pass with no calls and I decide to go in to see what’s up. I speak with the owner and tell him the situation. He says he’ll talk to her and she’ll reach out as soon as she’s supposedly back from a vacation. Which he claims is the reason she hasn’t contacted me.Well as of today, weeks have passed and I still have not heard anything from them.I was planning to spend quite a bit of money getting my hair done and was excited to be able to do so in my small town and local establishment. But apparently I would have been better off going somewhere else.
