Critical: Professionalism, QualityI went to get my upper lip wax and I noticed my skin felt like it was burning right after she finished. I went home after that and noticed that my upper lip was RED, IRRITATED, and BURNED VERY BAD. You could see exactly where she burned me. Now I have a red line on my upper lip. The wax was obviously too hot and should have been cooled down before coming into contact with my skin!!!!!
