FINALY a place I’m comfortable!

Critical: Professionalism, Punctuality, Quality, ValueIt’s unfortunate John didn’t schedule my appointment correctly with Francis, I wasn’t able to get a full set, or eyebrows waxed like I scheduled 1 week prior. John is rude and not consistent. John does not provide good service. I have visited this location several times Francis and Her Sister are the only two who are qualified to perform any services. I will not return ever. John should learn treat everyone equal. My pedicure service was horrible. I had to wait for Francis to finish with two clients to have my ingrown nails removed. The guy who attempted to give me a pedicure, has not been trained. You will pay $22 to have your feet washed. I thought the closure of nail salons would allow some owners to see how important (ALL) customers are. Go where you are celebrated not tolerated. Clearly they don’t care about customer services or good quality of service. Note: this was not my 1st bad experience at this location. It’s unfortunate John didn’t schedule my appointment correctly with Francis, I wasn’t able to get a full set, or eyebrows waxed like I scheduled 1 week prior. John is rude and not consistent.
