I first had a consultation and Eduardo explained exactly what was needed and what to expect. I came back for the actual appointment and it was exactly as described. I’m obsessed with the way my hair turned out!!!!! I came to Eduardo for a color correction on a hair color I hated from a different salon. I first had a consultation and Eduardo explained exactly what was needed and what to expect. I came back for the actual appointment and it was exactly as described. He has such a great attention to detail and I will definitely be coming back.

Critical: Professionalism, PunctualityEddie was 10 minutes late to my appointment and didn’t even offer an apology. He barely spoke, spent most of the time on his cell phone when he wasn’t working on my hair, kept yelling obnoxiously at his Alexa, back-combed my very fine hair into little nests that were so painful to brush out, and, most importantly, the results of my hair color were not at all what I had asked for. I had even brought a photograph in with me and we discussed it prior to starting, but it was an awful result. He did offer to tone it down with a darker color at the roots (and brushed it through) but it was still far too bright. He then charged me for the extra color. I offer him two stars because I liked the cut. Eddie was 10 minutes late to my appointment and didn’t even offer an apology. He barely spoke, spent most of the time on his cell phone when he wasn’t working on my hair, kept yelling obnoxiously at his Alexa, back-combed my very fine hair into little nests that were so painful to brush out, and, most importantly, the results of my hair color were not at all what I had asked for.
