Critical: PunctualityMade an appointment 2 weeks ahead to try Leila’s and waited 45 minutes to get seated for a pedi and sns. Then I sat and watched other people come in, receive their service, and leave. I stuck it out and the quality was good so I booked another appointment three weeks out. Went back today and waited for 30 minutes before I stood up and looked around. A lady said she was waiting for a table for me. Made an appointment 2 weeks ahead to try Leila’s and waited 45 minutes to get seated for a pedi and sns. Then I sat and watched other people come in, receive their service, and leave. I stuck it out and the quality was good so I booked another appointment three weeks out. Went back today and waited for 30 minutes before I stood up and looked around. Critical: Professionalism, Quality, ValueWas pretty disappointed. Came here with a friend because of her recommendation. She got a basic pedi with the jelly and I got the one above that with jelly. Mine had 5 more things added to it, I believe. We started at the same time, mine only took 5 more minutes then her. If paying for extra services it should take more then a minute an add on. I was disappointed. The staff was nice for the most part. I felt like it was very rushed. Not because of the staff but because of the owner. The lady doing my toes I guess was taking too long so Leila came over to finish them. She seemed to rush to finish them. There were people waiting but that’s why you don’t over book.
