I love Leila’s Brow and I’ve been coming here since I moved to the state back in 2018. I love when the owner does my brows she does it perfectly and by perfect I mean she cleans up my thick brows without taking too much which is how I like it. Came in this weekend and and she wasn’t there so another lady did them and I told her I want them thick just cleaned up. Bruh she took most of my eyebrows and left me with a weird shape I’ve never experienced before. I told I I wanted it thick when I looked and her response was “there’s no way I could’ve taken any less in trying to shape them.” I never asked for her to shape my eyebrows!!! I’m so heartbroken I come here because the owner is amazing at what she does to the point I pay the high price because the service use to be worth it but now I’m walking around out 22 dollars and half my brows Not going back unless the owner is there!

WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!! I only gave them one star because zero was not an option. DO NOT GO THERE!! Not only did the procedure break my face out I was told I didn’t have to pay because the service was horrible.I couldn’t understand one of the ladies due to extremely poor English. However after leaving they lied and said I stole. There’s NOTHING IN THE STORE TO STEAL!! I was approached by security who took me back to the store only for her to lie even more and say never mind. My eyebrows look horrible and I’m breaking out!!!!! Worst decision!!! DO NOT GO THERE SAVE YOUR EYEBROWS FROM THIS DISASTER!!!!!

I went to get my eyebrows Done with them today and I specifically told the women I only wanted my eyebrows clean up . well this women took more than half of my eyebrows off!! I have really thick eyebrows so you can imagine how I walked out of there !! I can’t believe this happened . If you wanna end up with half of your eyebrows missing then go there but I don’t recommend it. And to top it off the women didn’t even apologize and try to say my eyebrow was already like that .

I was shocked with the service price! I paid $20 plus for eyebrows threading!! They don’t inform the customer about the high price. Not worth it just go to any place which does the same or better service for $10

I’ve been coming here for 5 years and I would always be satisfied with the service but last Saturday I went and I asked for THICK and a clean up and the new girl messed up my left eyebrow and made both of them thin. I was very disappointed since I was very clear with what I wanted. Unfortunately I will no longer be coming here anymore. They need more practice.

Been coming here for years. Stopped by yesterday around lunch and whoever the new girl is really messed up my brows. I’ve been growing them out for a while now and was very clear about only wanting a clean up, and now I have the thinnest brows since high school. She also left a ton of little hairs that I’ll have to pluck. I’m really upset, this used to be my favorite place.

Hello, This is Ghonam Abbas On behalf of Monica Guy-Zakariya, I was here when the customer Shenay Harris was at the location of Leila’s brow art and left the unfortunately negative review. Shenay Harris was very extremely rude and combative to the employees and insulted one of the employees ability to speak English. She also refused to pay and when asked to leave she came back to the outside of the business and was harassing the employee that was extremely kind and graceful to her. After making other customers uncomfortable with her behavior this resulted in our employee having to call security. Unfortunately Shenay has done this to other businesses in the location and this is not her first time so she has a trespassing. I was shocked and appalled at the woman’s behavior and and proud to see the employees handle her so professionally. For my experience, Leila’s brow art is a truly great business that provides exceptional service, kindness and customer satisfaction.
