Critical: Quality, ValueI usually NEVER leave reviews, but after this experience I had to. I wanted a full acrylic set with simple nail art, and the time frame I was quoted was 2 hours for the whole appointment. The appointment in total took 4 HOURS. I had to cancel my plans I had for the night. Another client came in an hour and fifteen minutes after my appointment started, and left 45 minutes before my appointment ended. And she received the exact same service I did. I wish I could say the 4 hours were worth it, but it was far from it. The paint on my thumb is already peeling 30 minutes after my appointment, and the white polish is streaked on one of my nails. I had to completely re-file my nails when I got home because the bottom edges felt like sandpaper. The sides of my nails were FILLED with acrylic and gel polish, and it felt like I could barely move my fingers. Kylee prince is literally the most amazing person to have do your nails. She has done my nails for about 6 months and she never disappoints. I work in a restaurant and have paint chips or nails break a lot and she always finds a way to fit me in for a fix that same day. She gets my style and helps me come up with new designs every other week. She has never rescheduled or canceled on me and has been nothing but consistent. I 100% recommended her to anyone looking for a new nail tech.
