I LOVE this salon!!! It is hard to find someone who is good at doing your hair ( for us women anyway). Whenever i first booked an appointment with Tori I didn’t know what to expect. But after that first visit I was very pleased and happy with the way my hair turned out. And since then I have been a repeat customer!!! Everyone is so nice!! I have recommended this salon to several of my co workers and they have been pleased as well. I will continue to be a customer and recommend this salon. Keep up the excellent work ladies!! Awesome hair salon. I personally don’t have much hair, but I got my wife a gift certificate for Mother’s Day to Leigh Jacobs Salon because I heard a lot of good about it. She got a beautiful haircut, delightful highlights (no pun intended) and a splendidly botanical shampoo-age (is that a word?)!

My first visit to Leigh Jacobs Salon was great! It was my birthday, I decided my gift to myself was to get my hair colored. I called because A) a friend told me they liked it and B) it’s right next to my neighborhood and I didn’t want to drive to the person I had been going to in the past. Sarien Tran did a great job and made sure we were on the same page with every step in the color and the cut. It’s nice when a stylist takes the time to give their opinion and then let you make the final decision. I’ll definitely be going back!

I’ve cut my hair there several times and it’s aleays been good, but this last time I had Shelby cut my hair above shoulder length for work and time reasons (which is not the norm for me!), it was nerve wracking. She DID amazing. Literally my favorite layers for my hair yet ever!! Love Leigh Jacobs. They’ve always treated me great!

Visit #1. Haircut. Asked for trim up layers. But heavy texturing on the top. Almost none of that was received. But I embraced the new “look” and asked about color. Most of mine had grown out and so I asked for “chunky” to increase the amount of coverage. Stylist looked shocked at “chunky”. Said no one at salon had that type training. I asked if it was not trendy. Stylist agreed. Numerous phone calls to question me on color. Keeps telling me we’re not on same page. Numerous reschedules (her doing). Visit #2. Finally today she rescheduled again to only consult me on color. Meeting me in the lobby with a large colorists book – not inviting me back to a chair for the consult. Looks at my new picture examples. Wrinkles her face to exclaim that looks like old style foil pull through. NOW I get it. I’m too old for her trendy skill set. At 64 I’m not worthy of her time. In midst of telling me we’re not in same page AGAIN. I get it. I don’t fit in with her pierced nose. Ripped jeans. Exposed stomach. Be careful Sam. In my opinion You just crossed the line and refused service to me because of my age and that I don’t have long flowing hair in order for you to color your “Balayage” style. Not good for business, Leigh.
