They are colorist ant texterist they will but chemicals in your hair without knowledge just to get it straight then give you attitude about it don’t go hair if you have 4c hair

THIS SALON HAS RELAXER IN THEIR PRODUCTS. I have completely natural hair. At the time of my service, I had a weave in my hair and needed a wash and set. When they completed it, I was wondering why my hair had no body to it Anymore. My leave out portion was extremely straight. Now that the weave is out. You can clearly see the difference. This is all because I did not feel like doing my hair myself and I should have. Now I must find someone to cut down that section. Thank you so much ladies. Years of regrowth and healthy hair down the drain.

they are not friendly, the hair washer is rude , when she washes your hair shes very heavy handed and gets very mad if you tell her shes doing it too hard. They are friendly to their own kind only. The blow outside are good , customer service is bad so I stopped giving them my business, since it’s not appreciated.
