I had visit today for grey hair coloring and hair cut, place is clean , but i was double booked. Stylist though hardworking worked in rush , did nt take 15 min to color my hair . Hair cut was ok. I left the place with visibly grey hairs, sticky to touch and wet hair . Offcourse i left with good tip thinking they might try to improve.

I was so excited to try this place! It looks gorgeous from outside. I arrived there nobody offered me water nor coffee. I was disappointed . Every salon I ever been offer you something to drink. I was running to get there on time, And I still had to wait 30 minutes to get served. So, I expected a 5 Star experience based on the place. I’m sure the stylist are all great.

Positive: QualityI experienced something yesterday that was very concerning. I love this salon and my stylist and would never go anywhere else. A man and woman came in yesterday and sat right behind me. They did not have their masks on even though masks are required. My stylist had to ask them to put their masks on so they pulled them up but not over their nose. My stylist asked their stylist to please enforce the mask mandate or move them, which she did however they kept them under their nose. I feel so bad that the stylists are put in this position. For a year I have limited going out but my stylist goes to incredible efforts to assure everything is clean and is constantly spraying down every surface. All it takes is one person not complying with a simple mandate of wearing a mask to spread this virus. My stylist was super friendly and sweet, overall a good experience. My extensions are great! However my hair is NOT the colors I wanted it to be, I asked for an ombré style (3 different shades of purple) and what I got was black roots and the same indigo shade for the rest of my hair. My goal picture was three different shades of purple/magenta. When I asked if we could do a light pink at the ends my stylist said it was going to be “more difficult to add more colors” or something along those lines. When I said I wanted the ends of my hair lighter like my goal picture I was told the color would eventually fade out and I had to wait for it to do so. I felt like my stylist was being kind of lazy and didn’t want to do what I specifically asked for. I still love my hair but it isnt the colors I wanted and I paid a good amount of money so I am slightly disappointed.
