I am very pleased with the care I receive at this practice. Lianne is very thorough and pleasant to deal with and treats me with care. The only hiccup would be they seem to have a problem with some appointments not getting into their system. Happened to me twice but I am sure it will be worked out so I felt is was not enough to remove a star.

Have been a patient for many years. I am a patient of Michelle Ramsberger. Not only do I find her thorough and knowledgeable but they go over and above to get me an appointment quickly when it is needed. The office staff are great when I call and I have always received calls back in a timely manner when I have a question or concern. I personally like to feel as if I and my medical issues are a priority, but I also appreciate a friendly atmosphere. I have always felt both of these as a patient at this practice (from both the doctors and office staff). Would recommend this practice to anyone.

I had gone to LVD for a check up and they had confirmed a suspicious mole to be cancerous. After my surgery I had one follow up. That was in 2019. They cancelled my 6 month check up and my 1 year check up. COVID hit, and it was understandable because they were not open. However, when a CT came back that I had a blip develop, THEY called ME in September 2021 to schedule an appointment…for DECEMBER. And today I got a call to reschedule THAT appointment. Needless to say, this whole situation makes one feel like they do not matter and are not valued or scared for, especially when it is their job to make sure that skin and skin cancer is taken care of.

I have lived in the Lehigh Valley for nearly 18 yrs. I have been a patient at this office the entire time . I can’t tell you the number of times Dr. Vasily and Michele Ramsberger have literally saved me and my husband over those years! They helped us when my husband got Lyme disease. Three years ago they discovered the melanoma on my left forearm. I have a Genetic Connective Tissue Disease called Ehlers Danlos Syndrome and my tissue is not like other people! Knowing this Dr. Vasily sent me to Plastic Surgeon who treated patients with my condition. This was a huge comfort for me! The Surgeon did a great job and he was so kind and compassionate.

I’ve been very pleased with the level of care I received from LVD. The staff is caring and helpful and answered all questions and concerns I had. They are most cautious in striving to reduce any patient health issues like COVID with their continued cleaning and disinfecting. Office and rooms are spotless. Overall, a very nice experience and a job well done! Five stars!

I have had nothing but an incredible experience at this office. The treatment my daughter receives from Dr. Lianne McGinn-Bunn is top notch. She’s always incredibly kind, respectful and thorough. The support staff is amazing as well. ALWAYS professional and willing to help if I need it. I especially want to mention Kelly in this review. I had a few hiccups with insurance and another program my daughter was enrolled in. Each and EVERY time, Kelly went above and beyond to assist me, following through as promised. Even when my daughter’s treatment is complete, if anyone else in my family needs a dermatologist, I will still travel two hours to this office as their service is second to none! Keep up the great work everyone!

Very unhappy with the new office staff. It is difficult to communicate with them. The voicemail is complicated and does not allow you to get the information you need. I am unable to schedule my six month follow up. Phone calls are not returned. So different from the former office staff. They were friendly and accommodating. So often the office staff can ruin a doctor’s reputation.

Like most Dermatologists in the Lehigh Valley there is a wait for new patients to be seen. The office staff, nurses and Doctors were great. I’ve had two appointments in the last 6 weeks and every time I have been well taken care of!
