Critical: Professionalism, PunctualityI have been coming to this salon for 18 months on a regular basis. There have been times when I have had to wait, even though I always make an appointment. Today my husband and I went for mani/pedis and I called the day before to make the appointment. We got there 10 minutes early and were told to come back at 4:00. We sat and waited while I picked out colors for 15 minutes. There were 2 other girls that came in at the same time, not sure if they had an appointment or were walk ins. After sitting there we were finally told they over booked and we would have to go. I have been coming to this salon for 18 months on a regular basis. There have been times when I have had to wait, even though I always make an appointment. Today my husband and I went for mani/pedis and I called the day before to make the appointment. We got there 10 minutes early and were told to come back at 4:00. Critical: QualityI went here one time and never again. They rushed through my nails and have like no one working. They also don’t talk to you. Gel polish with a manicure is $45 which is a lot. When I eventually tried taking the polish off my nails had been filed down so much that they were so weak and hurt to touch, I couldn’t get my nails done for a while because they needed to heal. I went here one time and never again. They rushed through my nails and have like no one working. They also don’t talk to you. Gel polish with a manicure is $45 which is a lot. When I eventually tried taking the polish off my nails had been filed down so much that they were so weak and hurt to touch, I couldn’t get my nails done for a while because they needed to heal. So bad do not go here.

After waiting 45 minutes in the car, we finally called in to see if they had forgot about us. The manager told us we could come in. We then soaked in cold water in pedicure chairs for another 30 minutes being completely ignored. The manager was super rude. She was trying to rush through our $60 pedicures.
