Manager steals from her customers then fires the employee that did the style. Had my sons hair cut there and she padded my credit card transaction with over $50 tip. She avoided me to keep from refunding the money. I know it was intentional because she told my sister in law she steals from the customers “a little here and a little there”. Claims that sometimes their conveniently outdated credit card machine charges twice.

I had made an appointment to get my Granddaughters hair styled two months in advance for her graduation. When we got there one girl did not want to do it said I don’t do styles and I don’t do highlights. There were only two people working. The other lady was nice BUT all she did was put my granddaughters hair up in curlers, sprayed a ton of hairspray in it and set her under the hair dryer. Took the curlers out and said there you go. It was less curly when we left then when we went in. We had to hurry up and go to Sallys get stuff to fix her hair run home wash it and style it here. THIS WAS A JOKE!!!!!

I was not happy with the charge for two hair cuts. The lady charged me $43.00 for two dry cuts. One hair cut only took 5 minutes and only cutting off the dead ends. The other one was also a dry cut taking about 15 minutes and only cutting the dead off. Neither had styling or a wash. Very disappointed in the price of the dry cuts. The lady acted like she didn’t know what to charge us at the end and she knew I was shocked at the price. We will not go back there!
