The worst nails experience I have ever had. I called and made an appointment to remove gel x. The lady did such a poor job i had layers of visible damage on my nails as a result her using the drill on wet nails to take off what she couldn’t forcefully take off. My grown portion of the nails are noticeably raised from the other portion because she actually thinned out my nail so much that there was a lower layer. Also, she went ahead and charged me for a regular manicure after recommending I only put a clear coat because my nails were too thin at that point.

I came and paid 108 for a dip on my nails and gel pedicure. They guy that did my nails acted as if he did not want to do them amd did not even tell me when he was done. He just got up and left. The woman doing my pedicure messed up on my big toe….she cut it slanted and gave the most lasy massage as part of my package. At first I thought about just getting up amd leaving and complaining, but I did not want the additional negative energy on my day off and the inconvenience of going somewhere else. Let’s just say I did NOT leave a tip although they probably marked up the price to get it and I will NOT be back. I would not recommend coming to this place. I added pictures of the dip for my nails and pedicure.

Paid 97 dollars for a fill and a pedicure. Definitely overpriced for the lousy/rushed job they did. Will not be returning. I’ve had better fills and pedicures elsewhere for 30 dollars cheaper than what I was charged. It’s a NO for me.

I got an acrylic me and my sister less than 2 weeks went by my sister got gel x which should last longer and 3 nails fel off and my nail color chipped I got cat eye paid a fortune for nothing never coming back. Terrible material Manicure

I’ve had the pleasure of having my nails/toes done by many different employees here and I have never had a bad experience . Always good quality ! Everyone has different talent and are capable of many different styles . I’ve had acrylic, dip powder, gel, several pedicures and waxing services here and again, never disappointed! Good quality and good service ! The picture is a 2+ week old dip powder set I can probably wait another 2 weeks on. I love them !

I got a full set ombré powder dip by Amy ($45). I’m pleased with the outcome. She was patient in helping me choose from the selection of colored powders (She even showed me an example of what they would look like wet). She thanked me for pointing out a nail I thought was crooked (even if she was not actually thankful I’m still glad she had a positive attitude) and was willing to fix it to my liking. The only reason I didn’t give it 5 stars was because it hurt quite a few times as she drilled around my skin. I ended up with a couple cuts. She acknowledged it and apologized. I would come back and recommend others to try it too.

Critical: Punctuality, Quality, ValueI took my daughter to get a pedicure and manicure for her birthday. Although we were seated, we waited for nearly thirty minutes before being serviced. There were two nail artists in the back talking this whole wait period. Finally, someone started working on my daughters nails. However, stopped mid way and disappeared for twenty more minutes. She was very rough with her cuticles to the point of bleeding and discomfort. My gel manicure started peeling four days after. For two gel manicures and two regular polish/basic spa pedicures it came out to 115.00. Not worth the wait, customer service or quality of work.
