Worst experience I’ve ever had, terrible communication (it’d take her days and multiple attempts on my end to return my messages, she cancelled my original appointment 2 hours before (that was my sign from universe that I should’ve avoided this place but I understood things come up and rescheduled because I needed my hair done).I I wanted to go lighter, Emma ended up turning my hair orange, when she offered to retone it, it ended up dark brown, dry and smelled like Palmolive dish soap, the smell of their product was so nauseating.I had to get so many conditioning treatments and luckily I was able to go to a more experienced stylist to restore my hair back to its original condition but it was not cheap.Avoid Emma Lewis and Legends II at all costs. Positive: Cleanliness, Professionalism, Punctuality, Quality, ValueI got an amazing haircut from Ash yesterday! It’s exactly what I wanted. He was very professional and fun to talk to. I’ll definitely be coming back! Also the salon was very clean and safe. All of the staff were very friendly!
