Critical: ProfessionalismTook my son for haircut as walk-in. Told me would be a little wait. I waited for 30 min when barber then took a customer that had arrived right after me. I waited some more when another person showed up and the barber took that person after I had already been waiting 50 min. If they would have said that customer called in earlier or had an appt I’d understand. No communication with me like I was not there. I got up and left. If they would have said we are busy or have customers that had called in an appt. and would be best to come tomorrow I would understand and come back the next day. But they did not communicate with me, not courteous, and not professional. They lost a customer and will not go there again. Took my son for haircut as walk-in. Told me would be a little wait. I waited for 30 min when barber then took a customer that had arrived right after me.
