Critical: ProfessionalismPossibly the worst customer service I’ve experienced at a Barbershop. I asked Marvin very basic questions about the hair style I wanted and which guard lengths he used so that for the future I could correctly verbalize those exact specs. He was very combative and rude. He didn’t seem to get the concept that I was asking him questions about specs so that I could prepare myself for future interactions with him and articulate those exact specs during future visits. Possibly the worst customer service I’ve experienced at a Barbershop. I asked Marvin very basic questions about the hair style I wanted and which guard lengths he used so that for the future I could correctly verbalize those exact specs. He was very combative and rude. Took my foster son here for a haircut for the first time. It’s a very clean shop with an overall nice atmosphere and my foster son got a really nice, affordable haircut. Not, however, a fan of the false street prophet walking around the shop “preaching“, though. Would highly recommend the barber that helped us, but won’t be going back.

The shop is full of positive vibes, my barber Jay is an exceptional barber, he cut it just the way I no like it, normally in a new setting you’d have to coach the barber along the way but Jay has a great eye for detail. Thank God for a great shop in Hoover. Keep up the great work Legends

Critical: QualityI initially went to get a faded mohawk which didn’t turn out like it should. It was not faded properly in the back. I then went back to have it cut wave length and this guy went against the grain on my hair and cut all my wavy curls out. All my waves are gone!! Pretty much ball headed! I like that very much. Very friendly people. A lot of Barbers so you don’t have to wait. Family friendly and kids friendly. Prices average compared to other barber shops. The place is clean. I would definitely go there again if I am in Vestavia. I would recommend it to anyone.

Paid $30.00 for the worst haircut I’ve ever received in my life. And by far the worst customer service experience from any establishment thus far. I’ve attempted service at this establishment on three different occasions as I am new to the area and was trying to find a decent barber for consistent use. The 1st time I visited there was only one barber in the entire place who quickly turned me away stating that he only took appointments. The 2nd time I visited I was once again told by not one but two different barber’s that they were taking appointments only and to come back at a later time to “maybe get squeezed in”. Today was my third and final visit as I was actually seated and given the WORST haircut I’ve ever received in my entire life, so bad that when I made it home I was so disappointed with the results that I literally shaved my head bald as there was no way to salvage this debacle of a haircut. So with that being said if you are looking for an overpriced, low quality haircut then this is the place for you. I wouldn’t even recommend this place to my worst enemy.
