I went here with my sister and we both had bad experiences. My sister got her toes done and the woman doing her pedicure made her get up too fast and she scuffed the polish off one of her toes. I on the other hand got my nails done and they didn’t come out anything like the color that I chose. They aren’t even that glittery. We won’t be coming back here.

Critical: ProfessionalismI made an appointment to have my dip replaced. This place had not put the dip on to start. I was quoted $45 (before tip) to take off and replace the dip. I had referred my cousin here several times when she comes to visit from Corpus and they only charge her $35 and her dip wasn’t put on my them originally either. I regrettably told the guy I couldn’t afford $45 and a tip so I asked for it to just be removed and still took care of my tech, but we won’t be returning. I made an appointment to have my dip replaced. This place had not put the dip on to start. I was quoted $45 (before tip) to take off and replace the dip. I had referred my cousin here several times when she comes to visit from Corpus and they only charge her $35 and her dip wasn’t put on my them originally either. Made an appointment for 3:30 pm on a Sunday, I arrived at my appointment and an older man told me everyone had left early to go to the water park and there’s was no one to be able to attend me. Horrible experience and 0 stars if possible.

There was a roach inside the uv nail lamp with my hands in it, & another roach underneath my purse on the floor. The nail tech very quickly grabbed it with his hands & didn’t say anything. I think he was hoping I didn’t see it. He never washed his hands either. He did a great job with my acrylic nails but, after that 1st & last experience, I will not be going back. I also felt like I was a bother & they just wanted to rush & get me out.

I come in every other week for a fill & a pedicure. John does an amazing job every time! He’s meticulous and makes sure I am completely happy before leaving. I drive an hour each way just to see John. Would recommend anyone here & see him.

If there was a half start option that’s what I would have given them. The guy that did my nails didn’t know how to take simple directions. I asked to shorten my nails just a little bit. And a little bit to him was roughly half a centimeter on some of them. They are crazy uneven. They look messy almost have a marble effect. They shouldn’t look like this. He cut me roughly 6 times and said “we don’t give discounts” well I’m out $28 my nails are short and look like crap and my freaking cuticles hurt. Worst experience ever!
