Positive: Cleanliness, Professionalism, Punctuality, Qualityfirst time customer here and Tony is the absolutest sweetest. I made an appointment for dip powder removal. got there around 12:30 and left 1:25 PM. took about an hour as expected. he was very nice and chatted with me during the removal process. even gave me a nice clear top coat at the end before I left. he did an amazing job and gave me a brochure before I left. said that his wife Nancy does an amazing job. DO NOT GO HERE! I was looking for a place that had good ratings and good price near me (Long story short – you get what you pay for). I went in the day before Christmas Eve and I was the only customer there. I even made an appointment. The woman rushed me the entire time, even though no one was there, from choosing a color to the actual process itself. I have 3 cuts on my fingers from this woman. I kept telling her “OWW!!” and she kept doing the same thing over and over. It was painful and unacceptable. My dip nails turned out HORRIBLE! I asked for an extra top coat because they weren’t shiny at all. She put a coat on (which wasn’t meant for dip nails) that started peeling off as soon as I got home. The nails looked awful. I guess I was just feeling like not having them do it over again, which would look the same because they aren’t talented, and it was the day before Christmas Eve, so I tipped and I shouldn’t have. They were cheap, and you get what you pay for. PLEASE DON’T GO HERE! There are places a little further that do so much better!

Went in for a gel acrylic. Got what I wanted but was overcharged, I asked for coffin shape and two fingers half glitter. Was supposed to be $35-40, but was charged $50 with no explanation or made aware of the upcharges. She did say she was gonna do ombre but didn’t get ombre, and my nails are THICK. I also left with two fingers partially wet on the tip.

Critical: ProfessionalismThis is now my 3rd time coming to this place and 2 out of the 3 times I have been there, there has been an issue. Today was the last straw. I called to make an appointment and when I arrived there was already a lady in the chair. When she got up, they didn’t even clean the station just laid a new towel over it. (We are still in a pandemic and the door says 100% sanitation). Nancy did a good job on my nails today she was somewhat friendly for the first time. When I got ready to checkout I noticed the price was different from what I am used to paying. I asked why and Tony proceeded to say because supplies have gone up. That’s fine. But when I looked on the pricing chart the price had not been changed, he waited until after I paid to change it. It’s the little things. This nail salon is on the pricey side. The guy who did my overlay portion of my nails was friendly, patient and very courteous. The female was Not. My cuticles were hurting and one started bleeding. Always ask for prices up front on all Services or you’ll be paying a lot more than you were quoted.
