I don’t like to give bad reviews, but I couldn’t helper this without comment on the recent work I’ve done on Legend Nails. This last Thursday (03-24) I paid for amo chip manicure and for a pedicure and as you can see in the images below my nails are already peeling, not to mention that I didn’t have all the cuticles removed. I was very disappointed because I paid for no chip nails and found it very overprice for a low quality service. I was even more upset because I did my nails in order to celebrate my boyfriend’s birthday and even before the party my nails were already looking old. At the end of the service, I was still asked about “tip”. Anyway, very disappointed with this establishment, pay more attention to your future customers as the competition from nails place is great in this area.

I felt so well taken care of and had such a relaxing and beautiful experience. Kyle is amazing at nails and he encouraged me to do an ombré set for my wedding. I’m so glad I trusted him because I can’t stop staring at his work!! I can’t recall the sweet lady that did my pedicure but she completely helped me relax and her massage was so comforting to me as I’ve been running around like crazy. I HIGHLY recommend this place. It’s so clean and so professional. I loved the whole experience! Kyle is amazing at nails and he encouraged me to do an ombré set for my wedding. I’m so glad I trusted him because I can’t stop staring at his work!! Cleanliness-1/10 (dust everywhere and on everything- think about it part of that dust is peoples skin and nail dust- nail bits were all dirty too- so no cleaning between clients. I also watched her when she was done with my appointment- she just put a towel over the table. Didn’t even wipe it or the lights)

I got my nails done on April 28th. I brought in 9 people total to get ALOT Of services done, and I’ve recommended this place to ALOT of people because everyone is usually friendly they are efficient and they do good work. Well I finished my service and they told me my total was $112 $100 for the nails and $12 for the eyebrows… I’ve never in my life spent that much money on nails but I like how they turned out if I was unhappy with the price I should have said something so my loss. But after 4 days the glitter on my nails looked super super dull, my nails started lifting after a week. And one of the nails popped off yesterday so I called this morning May 9th and told them they said to come in. I left work early to have them look at it and the woman said you got it done over two weeks ago I said no Thursday would make it two weeks and it started lifting 3 days ago! I spent over $100 for my nails to lift after a week?! She said I will fix the one nail that popped off so I said what about the others ?! She said your nails will lift after 2 weeks so I said you know what I’ll go somewhere else.. the fact that you can’t take the time to have good communication skills and just admit that there is no reason I should have spent $100 on nails to lift is CRazy To me.. all she had to do was fix them and I would continue to be a client AND bring clients in there now, I refuse to reason with someone who thinks they do no wrong, and guess what I’ll recommend everyone I know NOT to go there now just because of this experience….

I used to frequent this salon quite often before relocating to another state. I am not sure what has transpired, but the atmosphere and some of the technicians are not the same. I typically have one technician in particular service me. Two weeks ago I sat at her station and felt very unpleasant vibes from her. From a closed off demeanor to pulling my hand/fingers to drilling my skin to slamming down the receipt, I was completely shocked and turned off by this encounter. I understand people have bad days, but this day led to a snowball effect of negative results for me. I noticed a day later tiny cuts on my finger pads from her drilling so close. I’d withdraw my hand and she’d yank it back. In the days to follow, my nail/finger tips began to burn and swell. I notified the owner, Kelly, of what was occurring and she lashed out at me for not notifying her “sooner”. She also rudely suggested if I wanted to get my nails done to “just ask for a new tech” after asking me what I wanted her to do about my situation. What was occurring with me was a reaction to a product being used in the salon. I have not seen the utensils used during manicures ever be sanitized in front of patrons. To this day, I still do not have feeling in my finger tips. I have been on two steroids and have a dermatology appt soon. This is truly unfortunate as the business owner was not sympathetic or offered a resolution for my inconvenience, pain, and suffering. I really loved this place, but I am NOT a fan any more.

been coming here for the past 2 years on/off. i used to love it because they did great nails with great designs for an expensive but justified price. now its like they are charging insane fees. long nail charge is $5 (when my nails are no more than a 1/2 inch past the tip of my finger) $5 for shaping the nail, and $10 added on for getting tips which in an ACRYLIC FULL SET should ALREADY BE INCLUDED. my last fill in was $80 with no design. the price seems to vary everytime i go which leads me to assume they just pick and choose what they want to charge. will not be coming back. and neither will my friends. $100 for a plain full set is not okay especially when the acrylic isnt even covering my entire nail. shame on legend nails.
