Critical: Cleanliness, Professionalism, QualityCame to this salon on a whim and was completely unimpressed with their service. The tech was interrupted multiple times during my service to answer the phone for coworkers who were doing nothing. I’m not certain, but I do think I experienced a degree of discrimination because my tools came out of a rusty tin while another customer had tools from a sanitized package. I’m shocked by the sanitary standards and customer service. I enjoyed the massage but the shapes of my toes are uneven. Came to this salon on a whim and was completely unimpressed with their service. The tech was interrupted multiple times during my service to answer the phone for coworkers who were doing nothing. I’m not certain, but I do think I experienced a degree of discrimination because my tools came out of a rusty tin while another customer had tools from a sanitized package. Fast and awesome work! My first visit was amazing and I brought my daughter in the next day. We love the dip nails and the price is the best, as they won’t charge me by length as my nails continue to grow. I’m happy to have the length I have, but it’s only thru dip that they were able to grow. The people are really, really nice and the job they did was exquisite!

I chose this place because of the location. It was convenient and on my way home. Unfortunately the quality of work was poor. My nails are normally strong and healthy and after going here they were brittle and weak. I asked for a pink and white gel design, something simple. It was a mess. My nails were filed unevenly and all different lengths, the lines were so crooked and there was so much polish bunched up on the cuticle area. I definitely dont recommend this place if you’re looking for a quality job.

I truly enjoyed that there was no Plexiglas between seats. They did suit other customer a seat away so still abiding by 6 feet distancing. The chairs were fairly covetable. The service was great, gentle with pedicure and a firm feet and calfs massage. One of the techs offered to decorate by daughter’s toes with Easter decoration. The cute bunnies was a nice touch and treat. We truly will go back here next time, and hope the fantastic service will be the same. My daughter and I tried this nail salon today. They where friendly while setting up appointment on the phone. Did not need to wait long to be seated. I truly enjoyed that there was no Plexiglas between seats. They did suit other customer a seat away so still abiding by 6 feet distancing. The chairs were fairly covetable. Went in for a special event!! Didn’t like it from the beginning. I asked if she could do it again and I would the extra. The lady said No!! I paid for two my mother in law and myself. They wouldn’t fix there problem they made and wouldn’t refund my money. My mother in law has air lumps and mine cracked. Not even 24 hours later. This was gel so we paid extra. Don’t go here save your money and go somewhere they respect what you ask for.

Went in with an appointment for a pedicure, my friend Anna has always recommended this place so I finally decided to give them a try. The girl that helped me was very sweet and her leg massage was wonderful but unfortunately she didn’t cover the nails all the way to the edges, and I still had dry spots on my heels when I left. It was slow and late in the afternoon so it’s possible she was tired and done with the day. I’d go back again if I couldn’t get in anywhere else.

I got the deluxe pedi and was in and out within 30 min. The massage was like nothing and when you’re 8 months pregnant and work 11 hours on your feet they need some pampering, but here I felt like I wasted my money. I came first thing on a Thursday morning and was the only customer in the whole salon so I’m not sure why it was so rushed, I’m very unhappy with this service and will not be coming back again. Don’t waste your time or money here.
