I’ve been here a couple of times. The first time I came I was getting gel removed and she used the file and filed my nails paper thin. So thin it hurt. The second time I can back I just got a regular manicure and made sure I didn’t have the same tech. She did a good job. This last time I got a pedicure and dip nails. She cut my toes twice during my pedicure and then dumped alcohol on my toes and it BURNED. The polish was pretty at least. The dip nails looked okay to start but she never did my cuticles and in three days it already looks messy and “grown out.” I called and she said I can come back to get it fixed. I guess we will see how they do fixing it but I’m not sure I’ll come back here. Update… They “fixed” my nails and one hand looks good but the other is just as bad as it was before except this time I paid for a manicure. Won’t be going back.

Please please don’t waste your time Or money here. Did a very poor quality pedicure and the polish looks like my 5 year old niece painted them. Zoom in. I won’t be returning. I was nice and tipped. Plus, they charged my daughter for the wrong pedicure. Just a bad experience overall. I should have followed my first mind and left. But never again.

OUCH. Nail tech (Nicole) used an acrylic nail to PRY my acrylic set off instead of soaking them even after I asked if she was going to soak them off and she said yes. I told her, “ow that is tender” and pulled my hand away a couple of times because of the pain throughout the process and she just responded with “oh it’s tender” and “it is faster and better this way”. It hurt!! Her pedicure massage was sub par, at best. Incredibly light “pressure” and definitely rushed. I was charged extra for taking off of gel polish from my toes (which took the same amount of time/effort as removing basic polish…) $83 later and I got a “meh” pedi and super sore nails. I won’t be returning.

Not too many color options so it’s difficult to color match polish. Be sure to ask for the total. I expected to pay 95 for solar and pedicure but was charged a take off fee (well duh you can’t leave the previous color on but no other salon has charged a take off unless that was all I was doing.) Then I was charged extra for a shape I already had so really it was just a touch up and she left some nails crooked, which I wasn’t gonna mention until I was told they charged extra for it. Tina is a really sweet lady (girl working register could learn a thing or 2 from her) fixed it with no issue but after everything definitely not coming back.

One of the least pleasant nail salon experiences ever. I could not understand the pedicure tech at all and she did not seem to understand regular pedicure with regular polish. She kept asking about gel, I think.

My nail tech (Tracey) is amazing. Great work, very sweet. However, the spa itself is poorly run. Please tell me why if I have an appointment you’d give it to someone else and then tell me the next available is an hour later. Bad business. I had worked an hour in for myself to my nails done but now I can’t because of poor management.

i dont know how to feel about this nail salon. i went in with my mother on 2/23 and spent $220 on 2 pedicures and 2 full sets with dip nails. we left really happy but as the week went on my mother noticed that her nails werent filed properly near the cuticles and the pink color was changing colors. she went in yesterday on 3/3 and asked how much it would be to fix the nails and get the color changed, she wasnt looking for a freebie. the man told her 20 dollars. they sat her down with the same girl Ashley who messed up her nails before. my mother said ashley glared at her the entire time and was jerking her hands around hurting her. she said ashley filed her cuticles raw and she was even bleeding. when it was finally done she went to pay the man at the desk didnt seem to care that she was hurt. my mother came home and showed me her RAW cuticles and bleedings. her nails were STILL MESSED UP. ashley left chunks out of some nails and huge bumps on others. Linda did my nails and Tina fixed one when i broke it and they both did amazing! as much as i enjoyed going there i dont know if we will be back. i know the pictures are foggy but hopefully you can see where her nails skin has been filed raw

Tina is awesome! I wish she was there during the week as well! She’s a great asset to Legacy and the Owner (Male younger male upfront) is always courteous friendly with great customer service as well
