I have yet to find a decent nail salon in the desoto/cedar hill area. These asian salons don’t give AF about service or quality in minority neighborhoods. We need to start supporting our black owned nail salons and stop going to Asian ones where they clearly don’t care about providing quality service to their black customers. She said they charge for gel removal if i don’t get gel again. Paying for the removal is the same as getting gel so it forced me to do it. She made faces and acted like she didn’t hear me when i said i wanted the basic pedicure. I asked her to make my nails square and she made them round. I had to ask her twice to file them square. I also had to ask her to get my dry skin off my feet and file my callus down. There was nail polish on my nail beds and I had to ask her to remove the polish, clean up my nail and make it look neat. Why do I have to ask you to do your job? Not coming back.

Chow is an amazing nail artist and a amazing person. I have been seeing Chow for the last 10 years even before she has opened her own nail salon. When I tell you I drive allllll the way from Seagoville Texas to see her because I have not found not one nail tech that is on her level with the talent she has. Chow is very detailed with her work and nothing has changed….. consistency is the key and she has it. Also her nail techs at her shop are bomb as well, I’ve seen their work as well and that are amazing as well. Stop by to show them some love because it’s hard to find someone that takes pride in their work in everything they do and I promise you will not be disappointed at all.

My nail stylist Taylor is SOOOOOOO AMAZING!!!!!!!! My do not break, no lifting, just AMAZING!!!!! No one else will ever touch my nails but Her!!!!!! Her shop is so classy and clean!!!! They always ALWAYS greet the people that walks in. If a customer gets upset they keep calm and find ways to help the customer. THIS NAIL SALON IS A DRAMA FREE ZONE!!!!!! I love it. I went to this nail salon to get my eyebrows waxed, the lady messed up my eyebrows. She took off too much hair on my eyebrows and had the audacity to tell me to use a makeup pencil. I have never worn makeup and I’m not about to start. I will never return to this place.

Not impressed. Nails started to chip and peel the very next day. I’ve had Dip plenty of times and it usually last 2-3 weeks. It’s been 7 days and I’m taking it off. The photo is from day 2 of having them done.

Critical: Professionalism, Punctuality, Quality, ValueI have been a customer for about a year now. Today wasmy last visit. I came in at 1. Got pushed off. I thought I was waiting for Taylor. But no. Her Aunt did my nails. So 3 people who were walk ins went before me. WHY? So I finally got service at 3pm 2hours later. Her Aunt did not do a good job. Left my skin and nails full of product. As a mater of fact I had to go home and re file. I’m usually so patient. But today wa too much! Then I came in for a fill and 2 designs that Taylor Rushed. 85$ for a fill. What the heck is that!
