I went to this place for the first time today. The woman who did my pedicure cut my toe twice. When I was leaving I told the woman who was working the front counter she apologized and said she would give me a discount she only discounted my bill by $8 out of $58. In my opinion I shouldn’t have been charged at all. The nail techs are supposed to be trained and my opinion it never should have happened.

Check your receipt before you pay!! They even try to not give you the receipt for this reason, but I demanded it this last time because the price just wasn’t right. This is the second time they’ve charged me for tips (which I didn’t get) for both my toes and fingers. I’m done with this place, I only went back because it is so close to my house and I work a lot, so it’s convenient. My real nails are long and strong enough to where I don’t use tips at all. They also try the excuse that my nails are long, but they were actually short this time. I get gel polish, which of course is a cheap option because it’s healthier, so what do they do to make up for that? Charge you for stuff you didn’t get.

Will not be back. I decided to try Legacy instead of going to my usual place for acrylic dip with extensions. Unprofessional staff, poor service and they looked at me like I was weird when I asked if they offer warm towel or hand massage at the conclusion of my service. The lady at the desk scrunched her nose and said no we don’t do that. My nail tech was saying something condescending about me in their native language when I asked that question. They charged me for a french when I didn’t get it. They corrected it when I asked why it was so much more. But they let me pay and walk out with cuticle oil dripping from my nails. Absolutely disappointing. Never again.

Never again! I usually go here but the service has been bad lately. Talk about quantity over quality. I had nail trimmings all over me. I understand if a nail clipping/ some trimmings fall on me….. but to look like a mess after. Overall, very disappointing with the whole experience. Hope they provide better service to future customers.

Way over priced for nails. Charged for adding tip, shape, and why does gel cost more than dip?! Never had to pay this much at any other salons for gel nails. No design just solid color and $77??!!! Crazy. Didn’t even tell me the price before hand. Lady at the front is very cold, unwelcoming and rude.

Today, I decided to keep it basic with a “Rosemary Manicure” over my natural nails.Lily was my nail technician and she did an amazing job – I’ve actually had her once before and remembered her tonight, because both times she’s paid such a great attention to detail and it’s very impressive. This manicure type came with a heated weighted neck wrap, hand/arm scrub massage, hot towels, neck/shoulder massage, hand/arm lotion massage, and then of course the actual nail work (highly recommend!) Doesn’t matter who is my technician, they’ve all been good, Lily has just been my favorite for manicures. She clipped up my hair super gently before the massage, and again, very gently put my Apple Watch, rings, and hair tie back on my hands for me. Lan is my favorite for pedicures! She has great pressure with her massages, really takes her time and is very thorough with her work.I keep coming back here because of how good of job they do and because it’s close to my favorite grocery store. I always forget to catch her name but also thank you to the front desk manager/owner (?). She does a great job with communicating and is prompt in making sure you get great service the whole time. Such a great experience. I should’ve gotten our technicians names but they did a really great job. My friend and I both loved our pedicures which were relaxing and the nail detail was great. My dip nails look fantastic and since I had two manicurists working on me, we were done in 50 minutes. even with the fast timeframe I still felt relaxed and in no way rushed. it was awesome.
