Critical: Professionalism, QualityI asked for dipping powder and ended up with acrylic I am not sure why. Cuticles were never cleaned up. I was cut by the drill/file several times. Another employee knocked over my drink and spilled all over my phone and into my purse ruining it, and some of the contents. And I was still asked to pay full price…..this was my first visit and the lady asking me to pay even acknowledged this. Another employee knocked over my drink and spilled all over my phone and into my purse ruining it, and some of the contents. I did my lash extensions a couple days ago and I want to say that the glue smelled strong & it stinks like silicone the eyelashes feel like she bought them from Walmart when I went to go look at the lashes in the box they seemed like there from Walmart. When compared my lashes with other REAL licensed & certified lash workers they told me the glue was not supposed to stink 1 .2 it’s not supposed to burn that bad like it did to me 3 the lash extensions should feel soft not hard like mine. & 4 you should be able to do anything with lashes your supposed to wash them when I had asked her she told no you don’t wash them keep they as dry as possible like no RED FLAG your supposed to wash them and be able to shower in them !

My daughter and I both had acrylic nails fill. One of my nails popped off the next day my daughters nails broke within three days my nails chipped and broke in two days I went in next day for them to replace the nail that popped off. The owner did not remember me she thought I was lying, as she sat there putting on her lashes while she talk to me and I told her I paid $181 you are going to fix this now she wanted the young lady that put my nails on originally to do it. I told her no I wanted someone else as she sat there and put on her lashes and made me wait an hour before someone help me with the nail. When I looked at my bank statement they charged me an extra $10 for their tip. The music is loud and ghetto and I would never Go back there and I advise everyone to be aware of the salon because they will overcharge you an ad in money at the end of your ticket pay attention to your bank statements and how they overcharge you when they tell you one thing and in charge you another

I got regular color done here and let them dry for 20 minutes under a fan. Unfortunately, they were still sticky after all that time, likely because of an expired top coat, or the layers put on too thick, or the nail polish being too old. I always get regular color when I go to nail salons, and never have this issue anywhere else. When I tried to talk to the staff there what was most disappointing is that they seemed to blame the issue on me not getting gel. So then why offer the regular color service at all then? They kept trying to push gel on me. Trying to push product on me when my nails are 20 minutes into drying and still sticky isn’t really what I would define as customer service, and not really a solution to the issue at hand. Something was wrong with the products (expired, too old) or the application (too thick), and they didn’t care about it nor willing to help make it right. And one staff member kept blaming their “top coat” product without offering an alternative solution. It was a shrug-the-shoulders, oh-well-you-should-have-known-better-and-gotten-gel-nails kind of attitude. Made to feel like it was my fault and that I should have gotten gel from the get-go to avoid any issues? Why not just remove regular color from your services then? Oof. I made the decision to ask for the color to be removed, paid for the manicure and left the premises. There’s no need to come back after an experience like this. Put your money somewhere else, and don’t bother with staff who don’t seem to have the time of day to talk to you, even when something goes wrong that they’re responsible for. What a waste of time.
