I used to get my nails done here when I lived here in the area. I used to always get dip. I have moved and lived far away for over 10 months when I came back home to visit family I got my nails done here. For the last 10 months I’ve been doing solar or the brush on powder, I have love this better than the dip. When I asked for it they tried to get me to do the dip instead and I said no I like it brushed on thank you though. They continue to tell me that dip was better. Then when I went to pay it was $60 !! Now this is just for one color no nail art no nothing. And then the lady continued to tell me again that well you used to get dip done what happened? So I said yes I haven’t done that in over 10 months I like the solar brush powder better. I said and where I live now for me to get the same exact thing doesn’t cost $60 it’s actually $15 less. So she told me it’s because we had to take off. I said I understand, I have it taken off every time I get my nails done and it’s still $45 not $60. I will just stay to getting my nails done where I live.

The lady who works the front is so rude. I came here a few months ago wanting a soak off from acrylic and a plain manicure after, and she tried convincing me “my nails were fine and I didn’t need a soak off or need them done”. Not only did she not soak the polish all the way off, but I didn’t get a manicure after because of how long it took and got charged $25 for a soak off. I came back again today requesting a gel nail soak off (I can’t have nails in school) and she told me “it’ll be an hour wait and to just do it at home because it’s the same thing” and shooed me out the door. Why work here if you don’t want to do a service that you provide and charge for? Go somewhere else with people who actually are decent

Honestly I went here with high expectations but was completely disappointed I asked for powder and I got dip and I said something and the lady doing my nails refused to listen looked at me like I was stupid I have to go somewhere else to get them fixed if I could give no star I would don’t go there. i have came to this place for almost 2 years now and have always received excellent service until this summer. maybe they are burned out or just getting frustrated with lack of business or something, but they are usually very professional and do a very good manicure. Lately, it’s a rush-job, little clean-up and left this mess, guess he was in a hurry to take a break or go home. they are usually not in a hurry to leave or take a break or whatever, just left me sitting there waiting the 5 minutes for the nails to dry and didn’t come back. took me a while to wash my hand with the brush and still didn’t get the mess off my skin. and the top coat is so matte, not glossy. in a hurry to take my money though, i don’t remember being charged so much just for a single color and they didn’t have to take off old manicure. when i did have the manicure removed (acetone soak) last week, i got charged $15. thought even that was a bit much for just a take-off.

The worst nail salon I have ever been to. Asked for certain nails, they kept trying to upcharge me. I repeatedly said no, but they did what they wanted and still CHARGED ME. The nails look great but it isn’t what I asked for. Got a pedicure and the lady clipped my toenails to a complete nub AND ROUNDED THEM! I asked her to put acrylic to FIX HER MISTAKE and she put it on with her finger. There is a huge hump in it and she proceeded to put on 20 layers to try and fix it. I have polish all over my skin…. THEN HAD THE AUDACITY TO CALL ME SASSY.
