Critical: Cleanliness, Professionalism, Quality, ValueThis salon has very poor service and they are extremely unprofessional. My daughter asked for and showed the nail tech pictures of an angler French Nail and this is what she received. The nails had bubbles throughout the acrylic. It was extremely thick and not shaped correctly. When I spoke with the owner about the nails she became really aggressive and started yelling “no refund”. I never asked for a refund! I only wanted her nails to be repaired. I ended up taking her to the sister company on Lamy lane and they repaired the nails for free. I also watched one tech used the same unsanitary toe nail clipper for 2 different clients, yuck! This salon has very poor service and they are extremely unprofessional. My daughter asked for and showed the nail tech pictures of an angler French Nail and this is what she received. The nails had bubbles throughout the acrylic. It was extremely thick and not shaped correctly. When I spoke with the owner about the nails she became really aggressive and started yelling “no refund”. I never asked for a refund! I only wanted her nails to be repaired. Critical: QualityI always give a good review for them but the last three times I have come I have tried to use my points that they give and I always get told I have to wait until the next time to use them. I won’t be coming back because the main reason I was coming to them was to be able to use my points that I have accumulated so what’s the point of giving points if you can’t use them. I always give a good review for them but the last three times I have come I have tried to use my points that they give and I always get told I have to wait until the next time to use them.
