Great massage for me and my gf. The building was interesting to gain access to so arrive a bit early. With that being said we were greeted in the lobby. And both her and my massage were fantastic. The only regret was only doing 60 min as opposed to a 90 min . 100% would recommend 100% earned our business

Critical: Communication, ProfessionalismCharity Smith is by a wide margin the worst massage therapist I have ever been to. Charity actually cancelled massages with me more often than she held her appointments. On multiple occasions, Charity cancelled massages just a couple of hours, and in one case only 10 minutes prior to the massage. Booking these massages typically meant moving around the rest of my schedule and telling other people I wasn’t available during that time. So it was incredibly frustrating to be cancelled on repeatedly at the last second. I would strongly suggest that you consider a different massage therapist. On multiple occasions, Charity cancelled massages just a couple of hours, and in one case only 10 minutes prior to the massage.
