Disappointed is putting my experience nicely. I had scheduled an appointment with an Alex on Monday. I arrived for the appointment to be told he is not currently working. After contacting Alex he offered to reschedule for the following day on Tuesday. The day of the rescheduled appointment Alex contacted me stating he can’t make it offering to reschedule again. Since Alex had already charged my credit card to book the appointment at this point I asked him to cancel or refund the charge until I decide to come back. Alex had stopped replying after asking for a refund. I was able to file a dispute against the charge but this was my experience just trying to get a haircut here.

Top of the line barbershop for sure! Jay and his whole team are awesome people, one of a kind place! Jay cuts my hair perfectly everytime, he respects and takes care of his clients very well. Reason why I will always go back! Cristian also cuts hair very well, very respectful and has always taken care of me when needed to as well! I could not be more pleased with Legacy Barbershop! I drove from Kirkland WA, 3.5 hours away, and it was worth the drive! J and the staff were extremely friendly and made me feel right at home. It’s has a classic barbershop feel but new school as well with the conversation and energy. J took his time with my haircut and really knocked it out of the park. I got some help from Brandy as well and she was excellent, complimenting J’s work very well.
